Range & Status
Formerly widespread across southern Britain, but has become increasingly scarce.
Regional Distribution
A concentration of records along the north coast between the Camel Estuary and West Penwith; also at Loe Pool (Alexander, 2006) and Whitsand Bay.
Habitat & Ecology
Mainly known from Bittersweet Solanum dulcamara , but also on a variety of other broadleaved herbs, in a wide variety of situations including fen and arable.
Threats
Indiscriminate use of herbicides.
Conservation
The two most recent sites are on National Trust land.
