Range & Status

Widespread on the coasts of Britain but very localised.

Regional Distribution

Known from ' Nancekuke' (RAF Portreath) in the period 1981-83.

Habitat & Ecology

Lives in coastal saltmarshes with Bledius spp. of rove beetle (Staphylinidae).

Much of the more sensitive coastline is now protected by SSSI designations.
