Range & Status

Found in Britain on south-west coasts and in the Clyde Sea area; recorded in Cornwall off Rame Head, the Eddystone and in the Helford estuary. A benthic species; found in the sublittoral; a long, thin worm which can reach 215mm, found on mud and as a commensal of the inbenthic terebellid polychaete Neoamphitrite edwardsi .
