Range & Status
Mostly eastern and south-eastern in its distribution in Britain.
Regional Distribution
Discovered near Perranporth by R.T. Bannister in 1963, and found at Penhale Dunes by Paul Gainey in 2005.
Habitat & Ecology
Found at the base of Lady' s Bedstraw Galium verum and Heath Bedstraw G. saxatile in dry sandy places; an efficient burrower. Tends to replace the commoner L. limbosus in very dry, particularly coastal situations.
