Range & Status
Native. European Temperate plant; also in central Asia. A native in limestone areas such as the Pennines.
Regional Distribution
One site in East Cornwall, at St. Teath Church (SX08).
Habitat & Ecology
On a gravel path around St.Teath Church; probably an introduction. Previous records are from, mostly estate, gardens in the Rivers Fal (SW83) and Helford (SW72) catchments.
Threats
Clearance of path and use of weed-killer.
